譯文(字數 4509): 核心競爭力的可持續競爭優勢 摘 要 核心競爭力的抽象的概念是指一個組織在當今不斷變化和不可預測的環境中建立永久性的和可持續的競爭優勢的可能性。為了實現長期的成功,最好是找到其在公司內部競爭力的源泉,因為在一個不斷變化的環境中唯一穩定的肯定是源于要在未來取得成功的愿望的內部能力。本文回應當前有關建立和維持一個可持續的競爭優勢的問題。 關鍵詞: 核心競爭力,持續競爭優勢,無形資產, 知識資本主要會議主題:技術與創新管理 簡介 企業除了必須把握現有的機會外還要學會把握未來的機遇。在21世紀的復雜而充滿挑戰的環境中,企業的競爭有很多的因素造成,如全球化,技術發展和新技術的迅速傳播,知識的開發和利用等。這種新的環境要求他們從組織已經習慣了事情中做出改變。他們必須尋找新的競爭優勢的來源以及參與競爭的新形式。這需要他們對競爭本質,以及競爭動力學(Hu?vej,2008)有一個清晰的認識的。資源的利用率正在從目前的資本戰略資源轉移到戰略資源的信息,知識,創新思維和創新的形式,而技能和知識屬于生產的關鍵因素。因此公司可以在持續進行創新的同時,重點進行管理技能和知識創新來獲得競爭優勢。
外文原文(字符數 16323): Core Competence for Sustainable Competitive Advantage Abstract The concept of core competence refers to the possibility of an organization to build permanent and sustainable competitive advantage in todays ever-changing and unpredictable environment. To achieve long-term success, it is better to find the source of its competitiveness within the company, because the only stable certainty in a constantly changing environment is the internal capacity stemming from a desire to be successful in the future. This paper responds to current issues related to building and maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. Keywords: Core Competence, Sustainable Competitive Advantage, Intangible Assets, Intellectual Capital Main Conference Topic: Technology and innovation management Introduction Organizations must learn to manage future opportunities as well as they must be able to manage existing ones. In the environment of the 21st century, companies have to compete within a complex and challenging context created by many factors - from globalization, technological development and the rapid dissemination of new technologies, to the development and exploitation of knowledge. This new environment requires from the organizations to do things differently as they have used to. They must find new sources of competitive advantage and engage in new forms of competition. This requires a clear understanding of the nature of the competition, as well as the competitive dynamics (Hu?vej, 2008) .The utilization of resources is being shifted from current capital strategic resources to strategic resources in the form of information, knowledge, creative thinking and innovation. Skills and knowledge belong to critical factors of production. Companies can gain competitive advantage by implementing continual and on-going innovations and the managerial skills and knowledge are in the center of the process of innovations (Papulová, Mokroš, 2007). |
